The Magnolia city limits now extend from FM 1488 near spur 149 to FM 1488 near FM 1486 at Magnolia West High School.The city recently finalized it's annexation extending the city limits 3.2 miles northeast of FM 1488 to Spur 149. This annexation includes a 165 - acre planned retail center
and a 32 acre track on the north side of 1488 offering 5 retail pad site.
