Locatelli's Pizza is opening a new restaurant in the Magnolia Bend Center at  18423 FM 1488
The popular family owned Italian eatery specializes in hand tossed pizza's with fresh ingredients
This is the third location in the area .

The Magnolia city limits now extend from FM 1488 near spur 149 to FM 1488 near FM 1486 at Magnolia West High School.The city recently finalized it's annexation extending the city limits 3.2 miles northeast of FM 1488 to Spur 149. This annexation includes a 165 - acre planned retail center and a 32 acre track on the north side of 1488 offering 5 retail pad site.

HEB closed on 16 acres on FM 1488 across from the Magnolia High School: There is no timeline for the store yet. The developer for the site has shared plans with the city that include a retail center, movie theater,townhouses and homes.

The new FM 1488 road is now open. The completed project spans 2.3 miles from W Lost Creek Blvd at the Lakes of Magnolia to FM 1488. Opened on June 4th with one lane in each direction . The new FM 1774 was designed for two lanes in each direction, and a center turn lane. Re striping for 4 lanes will be completed before the end of the year. This delay is due to a non-attainment area environmental study required by the EPA, which was recently completed. The roadway also includes parallel parking in the city.
